Characteristics

Much-branched, woody shrub, up to 0.75 m tall, young branches densely covered with short, appressed, white hairs, leaves less so. Leaves 3-foliolate, leaflets broadly obovate to rounded, mostly notched, undersurface with slightly raised veins and yellowish resin dots. Flowers few, on stout peduncles, yellow with purple veins and purple-tipped keel. Pod ± sickle-shaped, compressed, purple-streaked.
