Characteristics

Erect herb to 50 cm tall, many-stemmed to 50 cm tall, hairy; hairs rough, stellate or branched. Basal leaves in rosette, narrowly obovate, entire or dentate or pinnatisect, petiolate; cauline leaves scattered, reducing to linear and sessile. Inflorescence initially corymbose. Sepals 2.5–4 mm long. Petals 3.5–6.5 mm long, yellow. Style 0.5–1.5 mm long, stigma depressed capitate. Siliqua fusiform and curved, 10–20 mm long, 2 mm wide, quadrangular to slightly flattened parallel to septum; valves hairy, with prominent midvein. Seeds oval, 1–1.5 mm long.
