Spathiphyllum wallisii Regel

A herb. It keeps growing from year to year. It grows 1.5 m tall. The leaves are oval to sword shaped and 18-30 cm long. They have prominent veins and are dark green. The flowers are small and white in a dense spike. They are fragrant. The spathe is white and like a hood and 15 cm long. The spadix is slender and pale yellow.

It is a tropical plant. It grows in waste ground in tropical regions.

Plants can be grown by division.
