Flowers numerous, terminal; bracts lanceolate, 5--10 mm, membranous. Pedicel green, 1--3.5 cm, slender, shiny. Sepals 5, lanceolate, 3--5 mm, membranous, 1-veined, base broad, apex long acuminate. Petals 5, subequaling sepals, 2-cleft nearly to base. Stamens shorter than petals; anthers yellow. Ovary ovoid; styles 3, narrowly linear.
