Stamens arising in lower third of corolla tube, filaments c. 4 mm long, twisted, white or violet; anther lobes 1.5 mm long. Ovary c. 8 mm long, glandular-pubescent with occasional eglandular hairs; style 4 mm long, similarly hairy but eglandular hairs predominating, dorsoventrally compressed; stigma of 2 equal lips offset upon the style and therefore asymmetrical in profile.
