Leaves petiolate, blades obovate, acute, rather thick, coarsely papulose, blades 10-20 x 5-10 mm. Flowers axillary, in groups of 2 or 3, lobes 3 or 4, yellow inside, stigmas 2 or 3. Fruit 3-or 4-winged, deeply notched at top.
