Characteristics

Leaves with persistent fibres of old leaf bases; blade linear or triquetrous, straight or twisted, 200-250 x 1-5 mm, glabrous or minutely glandular pubescent. Flowers: in a divaricately branched raceme; pedicels scabrid, contorted in fruit, up to 12 mm long; perianth white or pink with darker keel; Sep.-Dec. Fruit densely covered with short, gland-tipped tubercles.
