Leaves rather thick, usually narrowed at the base to a flattened petiole 1–2 mm. long; blades suborbicular or oblate, mostly mucronulate, 5–10 mm. long, setulose-ciliate at the margins, otherwise with a few scattered bristles or glabrous..
