Cultivation

Highly productive, late/midseason northern highbush with excellent fresh fruit quality. Origin: Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI by J. Hancock. Draper × Elliott; crossed 2002; selected 2006; tested as MSU 70; introd. 2014; USPP 25,995; 20 Oct. 2015. Tree: vigorous and upright, with numerous, moderately branched canes; self-fertile but likely benefits from cross-pollination. Fruit: large; picking scar small, dry; medium light blue; firmness and flavor excellent; post-season storage excellent; harvest overlaps Jersey and Legacy.
