A perennial hermaphrodite deciduous shrub. It grows 1.5-2.5m high.
Origin: in Weymouth, N.J., by A. Draper, G. Galletta, G. Jelenkovic, and N. Vorsa. Vaccinium corymbosum. Introd. in 1987. G-100 (Ivanhoe × Earliblue) × 192-8 [(Berkeley × Earliblue) × (Coville × Atlantic)]. Selected in 1972; tested as G-354. Tree: vigorous; upright; self-fruitful; consistently productive; canes numerous, stocky, moderately branched; high chilling requirement. Flowers late, after Weymouth, with Bluecrop. Fruit: medium to large; scars small, dry; good color; firm; flavor mild; good shipping quality; early ripening.
