Hexaploid. Vaccinium constablaei × V. ashei clone T65. T65 is Walker × (Myers × Black Giant). Tested as US57; released by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture in 1995. Berry: small; dark blue; scar very good; flavor good; ripening concentrated, typically about 2 weeks later than Bluecrop in northern production areas. Probably best suited for northern highbush production areas. Origin: Tree: medium height, about 2 m tall; medium productivity; should be interplanted with highbush cultivars for pollination.
