Characteristics

Plant to 12 cm tall. Leaves 3, well separated, shaped as in Wurmbea graniticola ; lowest leaf 0.2-0.6 mm wide. Inflorescence open; flowers 1-4, bisexual. Perianth 5-6 mm long; tepals 6, connate at base only or up to 1/3 of length, white inside, pink or pink-tinged outside; nectary 1 per tepal slightly below middle, a transverse band, scarcely raised, white. Stamens 2/3-3/4 as long as perianth; anthers c. 1 mm long, purple. Styles free or connate to 1/4 of length.
