Characteristics

Basal leaves 20 x 6 mm., obovate, obtuse, hispid-scabrid, 1-nerved with the nerve pinnately-branching; upper leaves opposite or alternate, few, 18–45 x 1.5–3.5 mm., linear to narrowly linear-lanceolate, acute or obtuse, entire, scabrid with short white hairs thickened at the base, 1-nerved.
