Characteristics

Leaves: cauline, 10–30 x 2–5 mm., lanceolate to elliptic-lanceolate, obtuse, scabrid-hispid above, patent hispid only on median nerve and margin beneath, entire: basal leaves where present (Iwarsson et al. 766), 2.7 x 2.0 cm., subcircular, with a short petiole-like base c. 1.5 mm. long.

Corolla pink, pinkish-purple to mauve or white; tube c. 7 mm. long, pubescent without; lobes 3–4 x 2.5 mm., throat pilose.
