Inflorescences of pseudoracemes, axillary or terminal; peduncles bibrac-teolate; 1 of the bracteoles generally glandular. Flowers pedicellate; sepals 5, ovate or elliptic, obtuse with 10 glands or apparently fewer because of fusion; petals yellow, glabrous, clawed, with the limb generally orbicular and dentate, glandular or eglandular; stamens 10, almost equal; filaments glabrous, united into a tube at the base; anthers ellipsoid or somewhat oblong, connective globose, ovate or semiglobose; ovary 2-or 3-carpellate, 2-or 3-locular, villose or glabrous, the styles 2 or 3, free or united, receptacle flat, glabrous. Drupe with 2 or 3 cartilaginous, smooth or somewhat rugose pyrenes; embryo straight; cotyledons thick.
