Inflorescence racemose with a gradual transition from leaves to leafy bracts.. Sepals elliptic-lanceolate, 2–3 mm. long, usually glandular.. Petals 5–7.5 mm. long, yellow.. Stamens 6.. Gynophore up to 1 mm. long.. Capsules 3–8 mm. long, 2–3 mm. across, glandular, terminating in a very obvious persistent style, 3–4 mm. long..
