Leaves petiolate, (3–)5-foliolate; leaflets oblanceolate or elliptic, commonly 2–3 cm. long, 0.7–1.2 cm. wide, glandular on both sides; petiole 2.5–6 cm. long.. Inflorescence stout, up to 20 cm. long; bracts small, 3-foliolate.. Sepals linear-lanceolate, 5–8 mm. long, covered with small, mostly sessile glands.. Petals ± 12 mm. long, pink or rose..
