Leaf-lamina 4–8 × 2–4·5 cm., oblong-elliptic or elliptic, acute or shortly acuminate at the apex, rounded or obtuse at the base, softly pilose-pubescent at first, later glabrescent above, sparsely pubescent below; petiole 2–3·5 mm. long, deflexed, rusty-pubescent; stipules c. 3 mm. long, linear-subulate, caducous.
