Herb with tuber. Stem erect or scrambling, 15–50 cm long, simple or branched, glabrous; prophylls few, short. Leaves less than 30, scattered, sometimes 2 or 3 together; lamina orbicular or slightly ovate, without lobes, 3–5 mm diam., on slender, often deflexed, slightly dilated petioles 6–12 mm long. Inflorescence paniculate, terminal or on upper branches, 10–30-flowered; pedicels 2–6 mm long. Sepals ovate, acute, 1.5–3 mm long, often dentate, glabrous. Petals obovate, 4–6 mm long, white. Styles 3, less than 1 mm long, each divided to base into 2–6 filiform, horizontal segments and 1 or 2 erect segments.
