Characteristics

Planta perennis rosulata. Folia rosularia, laxe superposita, duo ultima suberecta angulo ca. 60-80°, sequentia 3-5 angulo ca. 30-45°, vestustiora humo appressa; cuneiformia, apice obtusa rotundata, 2.5-3.5 cm longa, 4-6 mm lata; in 2/3 partibus tentaculis obsita, in 1/3 parte basali neque tentaculis neque pilis obsita. Stipites et globuli tantaculorum intense rubri; tentacula marginalia centralibus longiora. Pagina inferior foliorum pilis ca. 1 mm longis 0.3 mm latis albidis appressis obsita parte infima excepta. Stipulae pergamaceae hyalinae basi connatae in lobos 3 aequilongis partitae; lobi laterales lobo mediano multo angustiores; lobus medianus apice iterum in lobos 2-3 brevissimos partitus. Scapi 1 vel 2, 20-35 cm longi, basi valde curvati hie pilis nonnullis obsiti et 1.5-2 mm crassi, apicem versus sensim tenuiores; in parte superiore erecta tentaculis crebis brevistipitatis obsiti. Racemus 10-14-florus floribus 8-12 mm distantibus. Pedicelli 3-4 mm longi. Sepala 5 viridia ovata acuminata, 2.5 mm longa 1.5 mm lata, subtus valde glandulosa. Petala 5, rosacea vel subviolaceae, obovata, integra, ca. 6.5 mm longa 5 mm lata. Stamina 5, ca. 2 mm longa. Ovarium viride. Styli 3, in ramos duo partiti parte connata 1 mm longa; rami infra medium iterum bifurcati ramulis apice 2 vel 3 stigmata gerentibus. Interdum 2 stigmata usque ad dimidium connata ita stigma cuneiforme simulantia. Semina nigricantia, anguste ellipsoidea vel fusiforme, superficie foveolata, basi et apice longe appendiculata appendicibus ca. 4/5 longitudinis seminis attingentibus appendice apicali acute attenuata. Flores aestate.
