Small, erect, loosely branched, succulent shrub, up to 260 mm tall. Leaves trigonous to almost cylindrical, shortly fused to opposite ones towards bases, spreading to erect, upper side flattened, glaucous, 20 mm long, 3 mm thick. Flowers solitary, up to 35 mm diam., white or pale rose, without filamentous staminodes. Fruit 5-locular, brown, base funnel-shaped, expanding keels diverging.
