Lateral sepals decurved. Petals spreading. Labellum stiffly attached by its base to column base, remaining flexible. Labellum lamina 3-lobed, curved, surface papillate; lateral lobes narrow, embracing column; midlobe narrow, paler than rest of labellum. Callus of closely overlapping, sessile calli, irregularly arranged on midlobe, columnar calli on midlobe (Lyperanthus serratus only). Column slender, curved, narrowly winged. Column elongate, incurved, sts narrowly winged; anther terminal, papillose, pollinia 2 per cell, finely granular; stigma prominent, discoid; rostellum median.
